Summary

LifePathPulse collects only the data necessary to deliver the numerology reading service. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

What data we collect

When you order a reading, we collect:

• Email address — to deliver your reading and payment receipt
• Your birth date — used to calculate your Life Path, Birthday, and Personal Year numbers
• A second birth date — only if you purchase the optional compatibility add-on, for the other person's numbers
• Your full name — only if you purchase the separate Full Numerology Profile add-on, used to calculate your Destiny and Soul Urge numbers
• Payment details — processed via Stripe, we do not store card details ourselves

If you try the free sample reading before purchasing, we additionally collect:

• Your birth date — to calculate a single Life Path number for the free sample
• A short free-text description of your situation, a chosen focus area (e.g. career, love), and whether you're facing it with more fear or hope — used only to personalize the free sample text, not stored against your identity beyond the session
• Your IP address — used briefly to limit free samples to a small number per day per visitor and to prevent abuse
• A bot-verification token (Cloudflare Turnstile) — used to confirm you are not an automated script

If you choose to receive the free sample by email or sign up for optional newsletter emails, we additionally collect your email address and a timestamped record of what you consented to receive, so we can honor and, if needed, prove that consent. If you also tick the separate optional box for sister-site offers, our marketing emails may include short offers for our sister sites TarotPulse and NatalPulse. We send these emails ourselves from LifePathPulse; your email address is not passed to the sister sites for this purpose, and each site's unsubscribe link stops that site's emails.

Use of AI tools

Your paid reading is generated using AI (Anthropic), based on the numerology numbers calculated from the birth date(s) or name you enter. The free sample reading and the recurring newsletter content are generated using a different AI provider (Groq), based only on your calculated numbers and, for the free sample, the short text you entered. We do not ask for your name for the free sample, the base reading, or the newsletter — only for the separate Full Numerology Profile add-on, where a name is required to calculate the Destiny and Soul Urge numbers.

How data is used

• Generating and delivering your reading by email
• Processing payment and sending a receipt
• Sending the free sample reading and optional recurring newsletter emails, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email
• Technical support (e.g. resolving delivery issues)
• Preventing abuse of the free sample (daily limits per visitor)

Data retention

Order and payment transaction records are kept for as long as accounting legislation requires. Your form answers and the reading content are kept for at most 3 years for complaint handling, then deleted. Free-sample rate-limiting records (IP address and date) are kept only briefly and are cleared daily. Newsletter consent and subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Third parties

• Payment processing — Stripe. For payment data, Stripe acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We never see or store card details.
• AI reading generation (paid readings) — Anthropic (processes your calculated numbers, and for the Full Numerology Profile, your name, to generate the reading text)
• AI reading generation (free sample and newsletter) — Groq (processes your calculated numbers and, for the free sample, the short text you entered)
• Bot protection (free sample only) — Cloudflare Turnstile (verifies you are not an automated script; may set a short-lived security cookie for this purpose)
• Email delivery — Brevo
• Automation and hosting — n8n (Contabo, EU server)
• Web fonts — Google Fonts (loading the site's typeface may transmit your IP address to Google)

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers (Stripe, Anthropic, Groq, Cloudflare, Google Fonts) may process data in the United States. Transfers are protected by EU-approved safeguards (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Email delivery (Brevo) and the automation platform (self-hosted n8n on an EU server) operate within the EU.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot-verification widget, shown only on the free sample page, may set a short-lived security cookie needed to confirm you are not an automated script.
